The end of the year is upon us and that means one final visit from our guidance counselor Jean.
We were all excited for her visit and she lead the boys in a fun end of year activity. They got warmed up with a little stretching.
Then they got started in on making creative collages that represent who they are in this present time.
Jean encouraged them to get the creative juices flowing and have an open mind and not think too much about what to put on their collage.
Quinn quickly began a wildlife theme...
Dalton added all different pieces to his collage.
I could feel the meaning in Dalton's collage...
He has been feeling very hopeful these days and really excited about his future!
Quinn's collage was full of energy and speed, just like him.
Once they finished their collages they all took time to share the meaning behind their work.
Dalton talked about how he feels excited about looking to his future but always wants to remember the past and where he has come from.
Quinn talked about all of his energy and courage.
It was the perfect final activity for our guidance program this year.
